Our Process at Nimble
First, we start with a preliminary setup phase. We interview you and key members of your team to determine your business’ goals, online voice and steps we’ll need to take to get your message out to customers.
We create a content plan that includes important elements of your overall strategy: calendar of upcoming events/promotions; city- or nation-wide events of interest; and a series of distinct content items we create for your business based on your business goals.
Long after the setup is complete, we continue to hone our content plan and monthly strategy to make sure you’re staying ahead of the curve.
We continually adjust the content plan where necessary, whether it’s removing elements that didn’t show results or integrating new business practices and promotions. We keep an eye out for any events/trends that are coming your way, integrate and train new staff members, and adjust our plan based on the results of the previous month.
Using social media marketing strategies and dynamic online content, we engage your audience and keep them informed on new products and services, bringing them into your business through specific events, savings, etc. We answer their questions in a timely manner and provide them with content, photos, and videos to give them a taste of what your business is all about. As part of our online brand management, we monitor and give feedback on comments or criticism, with your approval and your business goals in mind.
Last but not least, we compile monthly reports to track growth throughout the previous month, brand sentiment on various social networking sites, sources of traffic, and other measures of monthly progress.
We’ll then sit down with you and pertinent members of your team to go over the previous month, look at which elements worked, and plan for the upcoming month.
